frieze week, that’s a wrap
A week of art, conversation - and more than a few martinis.
Broadwick Soho was once again proud to be an official hotel partner of Frieze London and Frieze Masters. From collectors and curators to long-time friends of the house, our doors opened to those in town for the fairs, with a handful of suites offering VIP passes and the perfect place to pause between exhibitions.
As London’s creative pulse reached its annual crescendo, Broadwick Soho became a home for artists, collectors, and curious wanderers moving between Frieze London and Frieze Masters. From the early hours of breakfast briefings to late-night whispers over cocktails, the hotel buzzed with the kind of energy that only this city, and this week, can conjure.
Throughout the week, guests joined Art Tours with Jonathan Brook, exploring some of the most exciting exhibitions across the capital and uncovering the stories behind Soho’s gallery walls. Back at Broadwick, Flute and Dear Jackie played host to familiar faces, spontaneous conversations, and the clinking of glasses celebrating both art and the people who make it come alive.
The highlight of the week came with the Frieze x Vanity Fair event - an intimate evening of ideas and exchange featuring Nicoletta Fiorucci, Italian-born art collector, philanthropist and patron of the arts, in conversation with Nate Freeman, Vanity Fair US Culture Correspondent. Together, they delved into the intersections of creativity, collecting, and the ways art continues to shape our shared stories.
As the final cocktails were poured and the last canvases packed away, we’re left with the same thought we have every October - there’s nothing quite like Frieze Week in London. Until next year, thank you to everyone who made Broadwick Soho their stop between the fairs.
