FLUTE’S PRIDE PARTY: a dazzling recap
in june, FLUTE welcomED a spectacular ensemble of individuals TO CELEBRATE pride–a movement that is extremely close to our hearts. CÎROC DRINKS WERE POURED, THE CROWD WENT WILD FOR THE VENGABOYS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, SWITCHBOARD’S MESSAGE WAS SHARED AMONGST ALL.
A revel to be remembered
Brimming with colour, mischief, and unbridled joy, Flute’s annual Pride Party was nothing short of sensational.
On Sunday, 22nd June, sunshine poured over our rooftop terrace, transforming Flute into a kaleidoscopic playground of Mediterranean charm and beachside glamour. Guests arrived dressed to dazzle, ready to revel, and revel they did. Cîroc cocktails flowed effortlessly, punctuated by our bespoke Pride creation, Summer of ’85, while nostalgic canapés danced through the crowd. Think mini hot dogs, buttermilk chicken and fries, and ice lollies to keep things cool amid all the welcomed chaos.
And just when we thought the mood couldn’t climb any higher, The Vengaboys took to the stage – delivering a performance that was nothing short of electrifying.
THE REASON WHY WE PARTIED: TO CELEBRATE AND SUPPORT SWITCHBOARD
At the heart of every fabulous soirée lies a purpose, and ours was proudly dedicated to Switchboard, the LGBTQIA+ helpline, thats been serving the community since 1974.
Amidst all the dancing, drinking, and good old-fashioned revelry, Switchboard was truly at the heart of the Pride Party. For more than fifty years, Switchboard has been the nation’s LGBTQIA+ support line, offering a compassionate ear to those who need it most. Through every cocktail poured and every beat dropped, we raised both spirits and support for a cause that continues to listen, uplift, and empower.
We could not be prouder to support, and to continue supporting, such an incredible charity. We invite everyone to do the same by donating HERE. No matter how big or small, every donation helps this wonderful cause.
