SOHO DIARIES WITH ANDREA ALINOVI

A Soho Sweet Spot: Easter with Italian Bear Chocolate

Andrea Alinovi, co-founder of Italian Bear Chocolate, talks about his journey to Soho and what led him to create his now-viral hot chocolate concept. Today, his cafe is known for its unapologetically thick Italian hot chocolate… and a queue that rarely disappears.

To celebrate Easter, we’ve partnered with Andrea and his team to bring a little of that world into Broadwick Soho. Our gummy bears have taken a dip in their chocolate as a special treat for those staying with us over the long weekend.

On Saturday 4th April, Italian Bear Chocolate are hosting a hands-on chocolate masterclass at their nearby shop, just a short walk from the hotel. You’ll learn their methods as you make your own truffles and pralines from scratch, with plenty to taste along the way, including one of their signature hot chocolates.

The class is open to everyone, whether you’re staying with us or just passing through Soho. At £80 per guest, you’ll leave with your own chocoaltey creations and recipes. It’s lovely way to start your Saturday with friends or family.

Spaces are limited, contact our Concierge to secure your place.
